Ring is one of the largest home security system companies in the U.S. Over the past four years, Ring has significantly increased customer loyalty, leading to a higher demand for customer service and the launch of more security products.



All this growth has driven Ring to release an emulator for their app, helping customer service representatives guide customers with device tech issues. Since 2021, I have been working on the only emulator team supporting Ring globally within a BPO, creating all the interactions and motion for the emulator, and getting a compressed version of the app with shortcuts and a ideal scenario simulating the customer's Ring app.
