Alexa is one of Amazon's business fields, creating a considerable number of products and establishing one of the largest smart environments. I was tasked with developing a tool for the customer support and training teams to access the app on a PC without the need for a virtual machine or providing a phone to each employee. To achieve this, I developed an emulator of the app. While working closely with the Project Director, we built the tool with shortcuts, menus, and focused sections of the app based on requirements from the Customer Support team, using collected data and KPIs.

The Tool was created as a multiplatform here you can emulate the alexa app with a normal scenario ( one Device set up on the app ).
the tool contains all the devices that are compatible with alexa.

All the employees working in the customer support area can access the tool in the internal Amazon platform.

This is a short start sequence that might be using a employee to guide a customer to set up a Device in his app.
